Made in Fall 2011, this black velvet dress was designed by Celtic Steps’ Aisling Toal-Casey and worn for two US Western Region Oireachtas First Place wins. This very unique, elegant and eye-catching dress is in very good condition with hundreds of crystals (including large rounds and teardrops), a unique crystalled “Elvis” collar and layered skirt.
Orange spankies included: The black/clear crystal crown is for sale separately for $95 (made by Emerald Key and purchased for $175 in June 2012)
