Gorgeous sparkly crisp white and bright cobalt blue dress. Bodice is velvet and skirt is twinkle satin. Both bodice and skirt are covered with crystals and really shine from stage. Fishtail cape and blue headband included. Dress was made in 2011. There is a small make-up stain on one shoulder and slight tanner marks on the inside lining near the neckline.
