This beautiful Emerald Key dress always gets tons of compliments. It is in great condition. I recently added over 50 swarovski crystals to the dress for extra sparkle. The dress is lightweight and comfortable. Included with the dress is a pair of bloomers and a matching flower and headband. This fit my daughter when she wore a size 10/12 street clothes.
