This was purchased as a brand new off the rack dress made by Elevations and never worn due to dancer retiring. The dress is bright fuscia velvet, black sparkly netted material on the skirt, and pink, silver and white appliqué. Adding diamantes would make this dress very sparkly. The dress is in perfect condition and comes with cape (can’t locate bloomers but any white bloomers would suffice).
