We are the second owners of this Elevation Design dress originally made in 2011. We are only selling as it has unfortunately become too short. It is a brilliant turquoise and white colored asymmetrical design with soft skirt. The turquoise side is adorned with rosettes with crystals in the center of each one, and the white side is a shimmering material. Beautiful celtic scroll trims the waist, cuffs, and across the front. Dress comes with headband.
