This beautiful blue and white Elevation Design dress, made in June 2013, is in amazing condition and has only been worn 3 times by a senior lady in local competition (dancer has outgrown dress). It is accessorized with clear Swarovski crystals, though the silver sequins are already eye catching. The dress is lined and comes with 2 pairs of kick pants, extra sequin and blue fabric, and small Velcro-ed cape.
