Stunning dress made by Carole Taylor (UK) in 2012. Bodice is royal blue velvet and white satin. Royal blue sequin fabric was added to skirt for length which could be removed. Royal blue satin shows beneath white. We are the original owners. Sadly outgrown. Dress has been well-cared for.
