Underskirt is red satin. Red & white polka dots cotton material ruffle at base of front of dress is the same material on bloomers. Shawl is soft red satin with white cut-out lace with swarovski crystals to enhance. Overall length of dress is 28 inches. Sleeve 21 inches. Chest about 29 inches, natural waist 28 inches, dropped waist 30 1/2 inches, shoulder to shoulder 11 1/2 inches, Neck to drop waist 14 inches, drop waist to hem 14 inches.
