Royal Blue Satin dress designed and made by Ann-Margaret Morrissey of Morrissey Costumes out of Virginia (former designer and seamstress for the Richmond Ballet Company). The dress has trim and applique out of silver dupion as well as adorned with over $100 in Swavorski crystals. Underskirt has royal blue and neon hot pink tulle. Accessories include matching blue bloomers and two matching flower hair accessories. Pictures do not show the additional sequins at bottom of skirt added nor the dress with the many crystals added for extra shine and stage appeal.
