This is a beautiful Siopa Rince dress that is just over a year old, my daughter is a slim 10 year old but has sadly out grown the dress. It is mainly black velvet and a cerise ruffled skirt it it absolutely stunning on. Included in the price is a pair of silver kick pants that match the underlining of the dress. The dress is in good worn condition.
