This gorgeous, brand new dress was made by Lucy of Celtic Art Designs and Kerry Houston TCRG. The dress was made with white and black shimmer satin and fabulous gold sequins bursting with “WOW FACTOR” on the bodice and sleeve. The skirt has white Victorian Style “pick ups” with black underneath that adds to the richness and flow of this dress. The Celtic swirls are embroidered in white and gold.
The dress is adorned with hundreds of Swarovski crystals and comes with Tiara and bloomers.
